On June 30 the circle of pre-electoral meetings of the candidate for president Bako Sahakyan included a number of villages of Martakert region, regional administration centre and the company "Base Metals". The candidate presented his pre-electoral program and got acquainted with problems that must be solved in the nearest future. Bako Sahakyan assuredly confirms that the right formula of creating a country lies in the basis of its residents' opinions and suggestions.
